Personnel

Each ASAP employee is carefully screened to insure that our clients are provided with quality security officers of the highest character and ability. Each officer must successfully pass the following steps prior to post assignment:

Pre-Hire Screening

  • Prequalification questionnaire
  • Educational standards
  • Reference checks
  • Personal interview
  • FDLE criminal background investigation
  • Written examination
  • Oral review board

Training and Certification

  • Valid Class"D" License issued by the State of Florida
  • 16 hours of survived training by our qualified team of supervisors

ASAP is committed to achieving excellence in the security industry and implements various managerial programs to attain its goal. Through qualified personnel and experienced supervision, our company will maintain fully satisfied clients through professional site management.

Supervisors conduct periodic random inspections of all company sites to insure that the security officers assigned are maintaining company standards and fulfilling client needs. Officers must not only comply with State of Florida mandates, they must also exhibit the ASAP code of professionalism. Officers are evaluated according to the following criteria:

  • Compliance with Chapter 493 of the Florida Statutes
  • Compliance with company polices & procedures
  • Successful completion of ASAP's Supervised Training Program
  • Successfully pass periodic random inspections that include uniform appearance, personal hygiene, and professional conduct

All officers are subject to random drug testing and periodic surveillance for compliance with company standards. Officers are required to check-in within fifteen (15) minutes of shift commencement to insure that posts are covered at all times. Should an officer fail to check-in at a post, a supervisor will respond to the post immediately to insure an officer is on duty.
